Market buyers are feeling cautious and conservative, sticking to just-in-time procurement. Most deals are negotiated with price haggling, and some buyers even tried to renegotiate lower prices after initially agreeing (a practice known as “rolling back”). Overall, sales are just so-so, with the market trending slightly weaker and transaction prices edging down.
