Price of garlic at Jinxiang Market on May 19, 2026

The rain stopped and the sky cleared up today, and goods have been gradually delivered to Shanlu Market. Around 30 to 40 trucks carrying garlic arrived in the morning. Vendors stuck firmly to their asking prices, while five to six buyers placed orders, mainly purchasing garlic for essential processing needs. Buyers showed decent purchasing enthusiasm, and goods moved smoothly in the market.

Most of the garlic stocks available for sale in warehouses are existing inventories. Sellers hold firm or even rigid asking prices, and buyers only make purchases to meet essential demands. It is difficult to source suitable garlic supplies, leading to a relatively slow sales pace in warehouses with mainstream prices remaining largely stable.
